Be Lenka learns from those who actually wear the shoes. Customer feedback, findings from development and testing over thousands of steps gradually show what can be done better. Sometimes it’s a few millimetres in the cut, other times a more durable material or a fine-tuned sole compound. How does version 2.0 differ from the original model?
+ -The number after the name means we reworked the model to make it even better. The changes come from customer feedback and from further development, so it may differ in the cut, the material, the sole compound or the details of the workmanship. The character of the model and its barefoot principles, however, don’t change. We always state the concrete differences in the product description; it pays to read them even when you know the previous version well.
Are new arrivals more expensive than the rest of the range?
+ -The price comes from the materials, the construction and the complexity of production, not from how long the model has been on sale. A new arrival is therefore not automatically more expensive, although models with more demanding workmanship or premium materials appear in the upper part of the price list more often. Discounts on new arrivals aren’t the custom; those come only with the clearance of older colours.
How long does a model stay in the New arrivals category?
+ -As a rule one season, then it moves into its own category and stays in the range. Favourite models last there for years and become evergreens. So if something disappears from the new arrivals, it doesn’t mean it’s no longer sold. Just look for the model by type of footwear or directly by name.
