Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Less padding and thus looser fit than leather or Fresh variations of Zing, especially at the heel. Fortunately I bought these for work, where I don't have to walk that much.
