How to measure your foot correctly?

  • Place a blank A4-sized paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
  • Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
  • Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the farthest point from the heel (beware, it may not always be the big toe)
  • Measure the distance between these two points on feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.5 cm)
  • The number obtained is the length of the foot
  • Add an extra 0.5 cm (ideal leeway) to the length of the foot, and you will get the ideal size of your shoe.
  • Find your shoe size per the above measurements by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
  • The size chart indicates the inner length and width of our barefoot shoes in centimetres.

Много удобни обувки. За пръв път си купувам recovery shoes - имам проблеми със свода и ахилеса, а също и болки в кръста. Кракът ми е широк. Дълго време обмислях дали да пробвам barefoot shoes и реших като първа стъпка да сопитам с тези. Не съжалявам, изключително доволна съм от качеството на обувките - удобни са, леки, не се усешат на крака. Всеки ден в рамките на седмица по време на ваканцията ми изминавах над 15 км и не усетих умора или друг вид неудобство. Препоръчвам!

Die Sohlen sind sehr starr und unbeweglich, der Schuh ist zu flach gearbeitet für meinen hohen Spann. Schuh ist nicht passend für mich und ging zurück.

Guten Tag, danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Nach einigen Stunden Tragen werden das Material und die Sohle deutlich weicher und passen sich noch besser an die Füße an. Dies geschieht in der Regel nach einigen Tagen bis wenigen Wochen – je nach Intensität der Nutzung der Schuhe. Die Gesamtdicke der Sohle bleibt jedoch nahezu unverändert. Das bedeutet, dass sie zwar flexibler wird und sich geschmeidiger anfühlt, aber nicht wesentlich dünner wird. Mit freundlichen Grüßen das Team von Be Lenka

Beautiful, comfortable... and dangerous. Very slippery sole (which they acknowledged when I contacted them about it) so avoid if you live in a rainy area, you could hurt yourself. For this price they should have a non-slip sole.
Bonitas, cómodas... y peligrosas. Suela muy resbaladiza (cosa que reconocieron cuando les contacté al respecto), así que a evitar si vives en una zona lluviosa, podrías hacerte daño. Por este precio deberían tener una suela anti-resbalones.
