How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Moje první bare. Do práce na zimu, jsem řidič autobusu. Musím říct, nečekal jsem, že si během měsíce budu kupovat další :-) Komerční značky s fajfkou atd. se mi začaly nosit nějak divně, tyto tenisky se nelámou v nártu a necítíte tlak na prsty, materiál je kvalitní a není mi zima ani v letních ponožkách ikdyž je venku nula, originální vložka bohatě stačí na běžnou procházku, ale i celodenní práci. Jediné co, tak tím že to je tenčí podrážka a já mám problém s kloubem jednoho prstu, při delším běhu, cca 200m na MHD, už jsem ten kloub cítil :-D Doporučuji všema deseti, kdo nevyzkouší, nepochopí. Lepší chůzi zdar
