How to correctly measure your foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

I bought Arctic Dark Brown for Winter shoes and wore these shoes in December to February. Initially, I felt them a little bit narrow and the upper side somewhat low. This made me feel my toes not having room above them. However this feeling passed in one-two weeks. After that I liked these shoes. I wore them with thin socks and in not cold day even without socks. I did not feel cold.

Yes, their other sole is not so flexible as summer models are. Nevertheless I used to feel the ground below.

Also, I never saw water to enter inside, even when I crossed small streams in forests.

So these shoes can be regarded as good winter shoes for snowy and rainy conditions.

Die Sohlen sind für Barfußschuhe relativ unflexibel, aber das stört mich bisher nicht besonders. Die Schuhe an sich sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig, passen mir auch in der Größe, die ich sonst in Schuhen von BeLenka trage, ich bin sehr gespannt, wie sie sich beim Härtetest im Winter machen. Für mich hätten sie am Schaft ruhig etwas höher sein können.

Boty jsou krásné a pohodlné, nosí se moc dobře. Zdají se být i dost zateplené.
Dávám jednu hvězdu mínus za to, jak jsou kluzké na sněhu. Je jedno jestli mokrý nebo suchy sníh, kloužou.
